The Ministry of Manpower has sketched training and employment policies with the aim of achieving Omanisation. To meet the progress in the labor market and the requirements of the private sector’s expansion, the Ministry has strived to increase job opportunities for nationals and prepare the Omani youth by providing them with the necessary education and training, helping them develop knowledge and skills, while focusing on the specializations required by the labor market.

Forecasting Oman’s vision for 2020 and to achieve the Omanization goal of the Government, EduTraC Oman 2017 will highlight a special pavilion dedicated for training and job opportunities. The training and job opportunities pavilion will offer a multi-sector approach to visitors to meet with to leading local & international training institutes offering vocational, technical and occupational training programs. It will also enable visitors to find suitable job opportunities offered by top public and private organizations operating in different sectors in the Sultanate.

EduTraC Oman will cover every aspect of the job-search process—jobs, employment services, career development, training programs, continuing education, career training, self-employment and entrepreneurship services.
